Easy Returns

You may return products within 30 days from the date which the order was placed for a refund of the purchase price. Buyer pays for return shipping. For further concerns, contact us at [email protected] 


Shipping Returns 

To return your product, send us an email at [email protected] and we will respond with the mailing address for your return.

Buyer pays for return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If we made an error, return shipping is free.


Refunds 

We will send you an email once your return item is received. We will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account again and/or contact your funding institution. There may be a processing time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected] 


Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are damaged or an incorrect item was delivered to you. If you receive a damaged item, the issue must be reported to us at i[email protected] within 48 hours of delivery to receive a replacement item. Exchanges are only for exact item purchased, unless the item is no longer available.
